Who are we?
The Foxton Centre was founded in 1969 when a
local Curate, Brian Foxton teamed up with Blackburn
Diocese, local Parishes and the Education Authority
to provide a place for local young people.
40 years later, the Centre provides a wide range
of services to younger and older people in the
area. Around 500 people use the Centre’s services
and we work with well over 30 organisations.
