NatWest Bank Charity Walk

In 2014 the Natwest Business Banking, Preston & Blackpool Team nominated ‘The Foxton Centre’ as the charity that they would fundraise for.

The Natwest team commented, “The excellent work that The Foxton Centre has undertaken to support people with a variety of needs in our local community over a number of years inspired us to try and help by raising funds, particularly given that a very serious fire earlier this year has disrupted their activities and badly damaged the centre building.”

On 18th July 2014 about 15 colleagues walked the 21 mile route of the ‘Guild Wheel’ starting from Avenham Park and walking in a clockwise direction until they arrived back at Avenham Park. They each sought sponsorship and donations from families, friends and colleagues.
