We work hard and try our best to get things right but we can’t do it alone …
Support comes from many sources: from local partners such as City and County Councils, Police, NHS and others; from other local charities, especially those working with homeless people; from funders whose grants allow us to continue and develop our work such as the Screwfix Foundation, Haus and Julia Raus Trust, Children in Need and Comic Relief.
Organisations, especially local companies, who support and promote our work such as Sika, Downtown in Business (and many more) not forgetting volunteers and individual donors of money, time and resources; including staff and trustees who run and manage the centre.
People help in many ways too numerous to mention, local company Homeserve have volunteered staff and resources to decorate and refurbish our centre, making it a warmer and more welcoming place. Sika assisted with our refurbishment of Smiths Rec and many local organisations donate food and goods to allow us to be a warm and safe centre for many people,
Other volunteers, including members of the local community and homeless people themselves, run our community cafe, work in our office and help manage our systems.
If you would like to work with us – as a company, organisation or individual – get in touch and we can work something out. You’ll be very welcome, email us at info@thefoxtoncentre.co.uk or call us on 01772 555925.
